Forces First Conclave 2026: 2047's IAF Will Be Capable Of Contributing To India’s Sovereignty

At the Forces First Conclave 2026, Air Marshal George Thomas, AVSM VM, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Western Air Command, spoke about securing the Indian Air Force’s aerospace domain and shaping India’s future.

He emphasised that by 2047, the IAF will be fully capable of contributing to the nation’s sovereignty through advanced indigenous capabilities and strategic readiness.
