Russia-Ukraine War: EU Plans To Liquidise Russian Assets To Help Ukraine, Putin Answers Back

In order to support Ukraine's military and civilian requirements in 2026–2027, the European Union has decided to freeze around €210 billion in Russian central bank assets indefinitely, opening the door for a huge reparations loan of up to €165 billion.
