Trump-Zelenskyy Meeting: Russia-Ukraine Peace Deal Closer?

As discussions regarding the Russia-Ukraine issue continued, US President Donald Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The talks focused on a revised 20-point framework that addressed issues related to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, territorial concerns in the Donbas region, and security guarantees for Ukraine. 

Prior to the negotiations, Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin over the phone. The conversation was constructive, according to both leaders. As diplomatic efforts continue, negotiating teams will probably have additional conversations.
