Debate With Arnab: IIT Baba, Abhay Singh Detained For Possessing 'Ganja'

"IIT Baba" Abhay Singh was arrested in Jaipur on Monday for ganja (marijuana) possession. Later, he was given bail. In accordance with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, a complaint has been filed against him. Singh, who graduated from IIT Bombay, rose to prominence at the Maha Kumbh after claiming to have set out on a "spiritual journey in search of truth." IIT Baba was reportedly released following a brief incarceration since the amount of ganja that was discovered on him was within the allowed limit. Additionally, Abhay Singh has acknowledged that he is the subject of a case.
