Bihar Horror: 3 Arrested After Viral Video Shows Teen Couple 'Harassed' in Jamui

A disturbing video from Bihar's Jamui district has triggered outrage after visuals showed a teenage couple allegedly being stopped and harassed by a group of youths near the Lakhisarai-Jamui border on September 19. The girl is seen pleading with the group to let them go, while the boy accompanying her is also allegedly harassed. After the video went viral on social media, Jamui Police took suo motu cognisance, registered an FIR under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act, and launched raids to nab the accused. Police have arrested three people so far, with seven identified in total. The Bihar State Commission for Women has also stepped in, seeking details from the Jamui District Magistrate.
