At least one person died and over two were injured after an oxygen cylinder leaked and exploded inside an ambulance at Udala Hospital in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district.

The blast caused a fire, sent the ambulance roof flying nearly 40 feet and triggered panic among patients and hospital staff before firefighters brought the blaze under control.
