Delhi Bus Horror: Offered Lift, 16-Year-Old Gangraped In Moving Bus | Driver, Conductor Arrested

In a terrifying reminder of the Nirbhaya case, a 16-year-old girl from Mainpuri was gang-raped inside a moving private bus traveling over a 45–47 km stretch from Pari Chowk (Greater Noida) to Kashmiri Gate (Delhi).

The victim had left home following a dispute over her studies and was trying to reach her cousin's house in Noida Sector 63. Due to heavy rain, she inadvertently got off at Pari Chowk and boarded a UP-registered private bus. During the journey, driver Kuldeep and conductor Sandeep assaulted her inside the vehicle.

Following a swift investigation, Delhi Police registered an FIR at the Kashmiri Gate Police Station, retrieved CCTV footage, seized the bus from Timarpur, collected FSL samples, and arrested both accused.
