Gurugram Hit-&-Run Case: Sia Breaks Silence; Attacker Bainsla Arrested, Booked For Attempt To Murder

Gurugram hit-and-run survivor Sia has challenged accused Kalyan Bainsla’s claim that the collision was accidental, saying CCTV footage shows his car chasing her, changing lanes and hitting her motorcycle before fleeing. Sia and her family allege that the occupants appeared intoxicated and repeatedly tried to overtake her, while her father demanded strict action.

After examining the footage, Gurugram Police added an attempt-to-murder charge under Section 109 of the BNS, and Bainsla was reportedly detained/arrested in Rajasthan.
