‘Not Mahashakti, But Vishwa Guru’: RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s Big Message In Toronto

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat delivered a powerful message in Toronto, Canada, highlighting Bharat’s civilizational legacy, Hindu values, selfless service and India’s role in the world. In his address, Bhagwat spoke about the idea of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the belief that the world is one family—and emphasized Bharat’s tradition of respecting and accepting all.

Bhagwat highlighted India’s historic role as a place of refuge for people facing persecution and stressed the country’s commitment to helping those in distress. He also pointed to India’s humanitarian efforts, including the evacuation of Indian citizens as well as nationals from other countries during times of crisis.

The RSS chief argued that Bharat’s global influence should not be measured only through military or economic strength. Instead, he emphasized the idea of Vishwa Guru, with India earning global respect through selfless service to humanity, compassion and its civilizational values.

Bhagwat also spoke about the “DNA of Bharat,” highlighting the Hindu ethos of “respect all, accept all” and the belief that despite differences in physical appearance, humanity is united in essence. He further noted that ordinary Bharatiyas are welcomed and greeted with Namaskara in different parts of the world.
