Rahul Gandhi leads mockery of Indian Vice President outside Parliament

Suspended MP Kalyan Banerjee mocked Indian Vice President and Rajya Sabha Speaker Jagdeep Dhankhar in a protest outside the Parliament. Congress member Rahul Gandhi was seen encouraging the act and filming the MP.
