ISRO's First Space Mission Of 2026: PSLV-C62 Fails, Stage-3 Anomaly Derails EOS-N1 Orbit

A serious issue during the third stage burn prevented the ISRO PSLV-C62 mission from orbiting the EOS-N1 satellite. Up until the critical stage, the rocket's performance was normal despite significant roll and path deviations. 

The chairman, Dr. V. Narayanan, said the study of flight data is still under progress. This is the second PSLV third-stage mishap in a row, raising questions about the vehicle's recent dependability.
