Bhingare, known for creating stunning artworks using his mouth and feet, gifted PM Modi a painting depicting the Prime Minister offering prayers to Lord Ram at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
The moment marked a special interaction between the Prime Minister and the artist, who had long wished to personally present his artwork.
