In a mass shooting at a Toronto pub, at least 12 people were injured and the gunman is still on the run; Toronto police is investigating the matter.

Toronto: A mass shooting has been reported in a pub in Canada's Toronto and at least 12 people have been seriously injured. According to the local reports, the injuries are ranging from minor to critical.

Toronto Mass Shooting: 12 Injured at Pub, Gunman Still At Large

According to local media reports, a mass shooting took place at a pub near the Scarborough Town Centre on Friday night and at least 12 people have been injured - some are recovering while some are reportedly critical. 

The gunman is yet to be caught and is still on the run. Not many details of the suspect are available, but according to the cops, he was wearing a black balaclava and fled the shooting site in a silver vehicle. 

An investigation is underway and as per Olivia Chow, the Toronto Mayor, “all necessary resources have been deployed” to look for the suspect.

In a post on ‘X’, the Mayor said, “I am deeply troubled to hear reports of a shooting at a pub in Scarborough. I have spoken to Chief Demkiw and he has assured me all necessary resources have been deployed. This is an early and ongoing investigation, police will provide further details.”
