Furthermore, high-end models including the Q7, Q8, A8 L, S5 Sportback, RS5 Sportback, RS Q8, e-tron GT, and RS e-tron GT continued to attract strong interest from consumers.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, expressed satisfaction with the brand's performance, highlighting the robust demand for their diversified product portfolio. As of the end of 2023, Audi expanded its retail presence to 64 touchpoints nationwide, encompassing showrooms and workshops, along with 25 Audi Approved: plus showrooms.
Dhillon conveyed optimism about sustaining this momentum into 2024, emphasising Audi India's commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence. He pointed out that one in every four Audi customers opts for repeat purchases, indicating a positive brand loyalty trajectory.
Additionally, Audi's pre-owned car segment, Audi Approved: plus, saw a remarkable 62 per cent growth in 2023. Looking ahead, Dhillon revealed plans for further expansion in the pre-owned car business and underscored the brand's focus on digitalisation and network enhancement in the upcoming year.
However, Dhillon also cautioned about potential supply chain disruptions in the upcoming quarter due to the ongoing Red Sea crisis. He anticipates possible delays in shipments of components to India, which could impact sales temporarily.
