Air India's AI 171 London-bound flight crashed just a few seconds after taking off from Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.

While sharing the screenshot, Warner lambasted the Indian carrier for failing to follow safety protocols. The Aussie veteran also mourned the deaths of the victims in the crash.
"If this is true, it's absolutely shocking. Thoughts go out to all the families," Warner wrote.
"I would never fly Air India ever again after this and my last interaction with them," he added.
Air India confirmed in an official statement that out of 230 passengers on AI 171, which took place on June 13th, 169 were Indians, 53 were British, seven were Portuguese, and one was Canadian.
