Khiladi Kumar developed an instant crush on Twinkle Khanna when the two met for a photo shoot for a magazine, as per reports. Akshay still has the picture from the shoot. Sweet! However, it was during the shoot of their 1999 hit movie, International Khiladi, that they bonded together and fell head-over-heels in love with each other. Twinkle Khanna also revealed in an interview that the two never thought that their relationship would come this far.

A private wedding

The couple tied the knot on January 7, 2001. In the presence of just 50 guests, they vowed to be there for each other forever.
