Bala featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar rescheduled

Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar's upcoming film Bala has been rescheduled. Earlier the film was slated to release on November 20, 2019. The release of the film is now going to release a week earlier. Now, the new release date for the film is  November 15, 2019.

Director Karan Johar announced the new release date of the Article 15 actor's upcoming movie. KJo posted the official poster of the film Bala with new release date stated in it. In his caption, the SOTY director also teased his fans, who are waiting for his production house's upcoming film Good Newwz releasing on December 27, 2019. Good Newwz will be featuring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh.

Before announcing Dinesh Vijan's film Bala's new release date, filmmaker Karan Johar also announced the changed release date of his other upcoming film Bhoot starring Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. Bhoot's release was scheduled to November 15, 2019. But now the new release date is February 12, 2020. The rescheduling of these films indicates that the release date of Good Newwz will also change.

Other details of Bala

Apart from Andhadhun actor and Bhumi Pednekar the film also features Yami Gautam in a pivotal role.  Amar Kaushik will direct the film, Bala. Writers of the film are Niren Bhatt and Ravi Shankar Muppa. The film is produced under the banner of Maddock Films Production and Jio Studios. The film will narrate the story of Gaurav Rawat aka Bala (Ayushmann Khurrana), a man who is balding prematurely and how he copes with the situation. The film also narrates Bala's relationship with two women played by Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar.

The Vicky Donor actor is basking the success of his recently released film Dream Girl opposite Nushrat Bharucha. The cast of his other film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is also revealed. Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is scheduled to release in 2020. Bala will be his third film for this year.
