Katrina Kaif Turns Photographer For Aamir Khan On The Sets Of 'Thugs of Hindostan'

Katrina Kaif has been keeping her fans entertained on social media ever since her debut in the digital space in 2017. From sharing pictures of her family, to behind the scene glimpses from her photo shoots, to all the fun the actress has on film sets, Katrina makes sure her fans are up to date with everything that is happening in her life. She recently took to Instagram to post a black and white picture of her ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ co-star Aamir Khan striking a pose with a pipe in his mouth.

‘Thugs of Hindostan’ marks Katrina Kaif and Aamir Khan’s second on-screen collaboration after ‘Dhoom 3’. The film which is based on Philip Meadows Taylor's 1839 novel 'Confessions of a Thug' also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh and Amitabh Bachchan. The film is produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. Reports suggest that Aamir, Aditya Chopra and Vijay Krishna Acharya wanted to present the Indian film audiences with the most extravagant visual spectacle of all time and have gone an extra mile to ensure the execution of the same. In order to view the footage accurately, the trio is editing the film in Yash Raj Film’s massive preview theatre. The teaser of ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ will reportedly release on September 27 which also marks director-producer Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary. The film is being made on a colossal budget of Rs 210 crore and is slated for a Diwali release.

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif will also be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial ‘Bharat’ alongside Salman Khan. The actress had earlier shared a still from ‘Bharat’ where Salman and she are seen lost in each other’s arms. Katrina looks breathtakingly gorgeous in a green Indian traditional outfit and while Salman looks dreamy in a black sherwani amidst the picturesque locales of Malta.

The film which also stars Disha Patani made headlines after its lead actress Priyanka Chopra walked out of the film. ‘Bharat’ would mark Salman and Priyanka’s on-screen reunion after 10 years. However, it wasn't meant to be and Priyanka reportedly backed out from 'Bharat' due to her engagement to Nick Jonas. The makers then found the actress’ replacement in Katrina Kaif. ‘Bharat' is slated for an Eid 2019 release.
