#MeToo |  'He Tried Kissing Me, Not Once, Not Twice, 8 Times', Another Sexual Harassment Allegation On Rajat Kapoor

The #MeToo movement in Bollywood has begun with a lot of predators getting exposed. Actor-filmmaker Rajat Kapoor has recently been accused of misconduct by not one or two, but three women.

Journalist Sandhya Menon recently shared a post, wherein two women had accused the 'Kapoor & Sons' actor of misconduct. One of the two women is a journalist, who stated that while she was interviewing Rajat Kapoor on the phone, he misbehaved and asked her questions such as 'are you as sexy as you sound', while also inquiring about her body measurements.

Another woman narrated an incident where the actor would keep bothering her and calling her for a film's shoot and asked her if she knew an empty house. Apparently, Rajat wanted to shoot a film with her in an empty house. 

In the light of recent events, another anonymous victim has accused Rajat Kapoor of alleged sexual harassment. She elaborated the entire incident that took place. Here are the excerpts from the anonymous victim's statement that read, 

''I used to call him Sir, he used to call me little bitch and ask me to call him master. I know what it meant but I always let it go, hoping I was taking my idol all wrong. He used to message me on Google hangout with his history off (but I kept a few screenshots) - messages were mostly attempt at sexting and my reply always “ I don’t understand what you are saying” and dodging his attempts in any way I could."

She further mentioned that when she moved to Bombay at the age of 20, she met him in a public place in Bandra, and post the meeting, Rajat Kapoor offered to drop her home. Despite her refusing a number of times, he insisted, before the girl finally agreed.

She describes the 45 minutes journey from Bandra to Town as the most horrific journey off her life.

"Through the journey, he tried to hold my hand, touch my cheek I felt the most scared I have felt in my life when he stopped his car somewhere before the sea-link in a dark area, I was cold. He tried kissing me, not once, not twice, 8 times. I counted. 
Me: “I look up to you” 
Rajan Kapoor: Does that mean you can’t kiss me?
Me: you are married 
Rajat Kapoor: My wife has cheated on me too, we don’t believe in monogamy. 
Till the time he dropped me home, he kept Trying to kiss me. I would freeze and push. I was scared, I was alone, I was teary-eyed. I had only been in Bombay for around 2 weeks and was an intern in a production house. I was young and I was petrified, I did not want to make him angry. I quickly left his car when we reached my building ran up to my room, cried for 2 hours before I fell asleep. 
The same day, Rajat Kapoor messaged me again on hangout and spoke about how he missed my lingering lips. I avoided him from that day onwards.
