Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a big-budget film, produced by Ram Charan. The film has gained positive reviews and has made a mark in the box-office collections.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, the big-budget movie starring Chiranjeevi in the lead role, released on October 2. The film has been doing reasonably well in both the domestic and overseas markets since its release. Sye Raa garnered AUD 408,183 [₹ 1.97 Crs] on its 13th day at the Australia box-office and continues to dominate other foreign centres. According to the trade follower Ramesh Bala, in the 12 days following its release, the movie has grossed more than USD 2.5 million in North America. According to reports, it has also been considered as a historic blockbuster in its second week.

The film's competitors

The film, Sye Raa is giving competition to Bollywood film War and Dhanush starrer Asuran in the market overseas. About the film, it is directed by Surender Reddy and is based on a epic drama film. The plot revolves around the life of a Telugu freedom fighter called Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.

Apart from Chiranjeevi, the film also stars Nayanthara, Amitabh Bachchan, Tamannaah, Vijay Sethupathi, Ravi Kishan and Kichcha Sudeep in significant roles. The film is produced by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan under the banner of Konidela Productions. For those unaware, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has played a cameo in the film.
