Chhapaak
Starring Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey in the leading roles, Chhapaak is based on the life of the acid attack survivor, Laxmi Aggarwal. Helmed by Meghna Gulzar, the much-anticipated film is scheduled to release on January 1, 2020. Recently, the makers of Chhapaak unveiled Deepika Padukone’s look from the movie, adding to the fans' anticipation. Deepika Padukone will be seen in a different avatar in the film, as the actor will be seen playing the particular character for the first time.

Starring Parineeti Chopra and Ashmita Meghrajani, the story of Saina is based on the life of the ace badminton player, Saina Nehwal. Recently, Parineeti Chopra revealed that she had stayed in a sports club in Navi Mumbai to perfect her badminton skills. Directed by Amol Gupte, the movie is expected to release in 2020.

Jhalki
Jhalki, featuring Boman Irani in the leading role, is based on the life of the Nobel Peace Prize recipient, Kailash Satyarthi. Directed by Brahmanand S. Singh, the much-anticipated biopic chronicles the story of a little girl searching for her brother, as he goes missing. The movie puts forth an emotional story of sibling love and also ridicules the stereotypes in society.
