B. Her Again: Becoming Meryl Streep 

A few weeks ago, Alia Bhatt posted a picture of Michael Schulman's novel Her Again: Becoming Meryl Streep. Reportedly, the book was gifted to the Raazi actor by director Shakun Batra. The book by Michael Schulman is an biography narrating the life of popular Hollywood actor Meryl Streep. 

C. I've Never Been Unhappier 

Recently Alia Bhatt posted the picture of her sister Shaheen Bhatt's book I've Never Been Unhappier. The book chronicles the real story of Shaheen Bhatt, who reportedly suffered from depression at the age of 18. Reportedly, the book also has a chapter dedicated to Alia Bhatt. 

Alia Bhatt's upcoming movies 

On the professional front, Alia Bhatt recently finished shooting for Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. Produced by Karan Johar, the movie is slated to release next year. Meanwhile, the actor is currently busy preparing for her role in Karan Johar's magnum opus Takht. Touted to be a historical drama, the movie has an ensemble cast consisting of Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor. Reportedly, the movie is based on the family feud between Mughul Emperors Aurangazeb and Dara Shukoh for the inheritance of the throne.
