Kumbalangi nights

Revolving around the brotherhood shared by the four pivotal characters in the film, Kumbalangi nights has an intriguing storyline. The film is helmed by director Madhu C. Narayanan. It was released on February 07 and garnered ₹39 crores at the box office. It portrays the love-hate relationship shared by siblings, which is a definite soul-stirrer.

Virus

The Malayalam film tells the story of the state of Kerala, which faces an outbreak of the Nipah virus in the state. It proceeds to unfold the revolt of valiant individuals who are determined to do everything to keep a tight rein on the epidemic. The film is a victorious directorial venture of well-known director Aashiq Abu. The critically acclaimed film released on June 07, 2019.

Thanneer Mathan Dinangal

Directed by Girish A.D, the Malayalam movie highlights the importance of effective mentorship. It is a rom-com film that hit the box office on July 26 with victorious colours. It is reportedly one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films this year. The cinematography and production of the film are helmed by Jomon T. John, in association with other acclaimed individuals of the industry.

Android Kunjappan version 5.25

The film revolves around a father-son duo who are drifted apart as the son moves away from home for employment. The movie takes a sweet turn when AI Humanoid enters the scene to fill the void. It stars Soubin Shahir, who recently won the Kerela state film award for best actor. The film is directed and written by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval.

Unda

Directed by Khalid Rahman, Unda is a black comedy film. It stars Mammootty, Shine Tom Chacko, Jacob Gregory and Arjun Ashokan in prominent roles. The movie is a major commercial hit and gained critical acclaim courtesy of the unprecedented plot and extra-ordinary screenplay by Harshad. It tells the story of policemen who are deployed on election duty to a region of Kerela which is ruled by Maoist principles.
