The episode for October 30, 2019, of Kasautii Zindagi Kay starts with Komolika stating that the dying person must know who killed her, else it would be unjust. Komolika, later, asks Prerna to sit in the car along with her and says that she will drop her on the way as she is going out to get medicines for Anurag. Komolika wants to throw Prerna out of everyone’s life. At the Sharma household, Prerna is seen telling everyone in her family that Anurag has come back. Shivani asks Prerna what is she doing in their house. The latter starts to cry and tells everyone that she cannot live in that house anymore. She tells them about Anurag's memory loss.

On the other hand, at the Basu mansion, Mohini asks Komolika what does her father do. She says that her father has a business and is into the press and media. Nivedita asks her if she knows about Basu Publications. Komolika nods in response. Later, Shivani comes there after hearing about Prerna's sad tale. She confronts Mohini and asks her how could she throw her sister out of the house. Mohini asks her to leave from there.

Shivani tells her that Prerna tried everything she could to keep them happy. She then asks Moloy how he could let this happen. Mohini tells Shivani that it was important to throw Prerna out of the house. Mohini then tells Shivani that she doesn’t want to keep any relationship or even speak with the Sharma family. Mohini tells Moloy how they cannot tell Anurag about Komolika as that was the worst chapter of his life. To this, Moloy agrees and later tells Anurag about the death of Prerna's father. The next episode shall see another turn of events in Prerna's Life.
