The 81st Golden Globe Awards is all set to roll out its red carpet January 7, hosted by comedian Jo Koy. Here's all you need to know about the big night.

The 81st Golden Globe Awards event is all set to take place on January 7. The ceremony will be hosted by comedian Jo Koy. The Globes make for an important night as they also act as a predictor for awards season contenders and frotnrunners.

The event will honour excellence across television and films in 27 categories. The event is scheduled to air on Sunday (7 January) on CBS. The ceremony will broadcasted live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel, beginning at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT.

It will air on the CBS app and stream on Paramount+, but there’s an important thing. Only Paramount+ subscribers with the Showtime add-on will be able to watch the show live. Otherwise, it will be available on the streaming platform on Monday (8 January). Here is the expansive list of nominations.
