IIFA Utsavam 2024: Rana Daggubati, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Venkatesh Lead Celeb Roll Call | WATCH

The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2024 officially began on Friday, September 27, in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It opened with a star-studded press conference, followed by the first event IIFA Utsavam 2024, hosted by Rana Daggubati and HanuMan star Teja Sajja. Several photos and videos from the press conference and Utsavam are going viral on the internet.

Celebs turn up the venue with their glitz and glam

The Indian celebs walked the green carpet in style and IFFA's official Instagram handle is making sure to keep the movie buffs on the toes by posting photos and videos from the event. Starting with the actresses, including, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday and Raashii Khanna, opted for a subtle yet all-glam look for the first day of the event.

Kriti walked the carpet in an all-black outfit accessorised with golden chunky jewellery. Ananya made her appearance in a red off-shoulder dress paired with matching stockings and heels. Raashi, on the other hand, attended the press conference in a grey pant-suit.

Talking about the boys of Indian cinema, including Shahid Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Teja Sajja and Rana, attended the event in their best suits.

In a video posted by IIFA, Shahid, along with other stars present on the stage, can be seen dancing to his viral track Saree Ke Fall Sa.

Who's who of South Indian cinema attended IIFA Utsavam

The first day of IIFA is dedicated to South Indian cinema, where megastar Chiranjeevi will be felicitated with an award. In the photos shared by IIFA Utsav, several prominent faces of South cinema could be seen, including Nandamuri Balakrishna, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jayaram, Jiiva, Nassar and Chiyaan Vikram.

IIFA 2024 will conclude on September 29 with the award ceremony.
