Kareena Kapoor Carries Her Grandfather Raj Kapoor’s ‘Love And Lessons’ In A Heartfelt Tribute

Kareena Kapoor is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood and has remained a fan-favourite. The Buckingham Murders actress completed 25 years in cinema. For her contribution to the cinema, PVR-Inox hosted the Kareena Kapoor Film Festival. Kareena Kapoor recently shared the story.

Kareena Kapoor’s tribute to grandfather Raj Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor attended the event and posed for a photo with black and white portrait of her grandfather, legendary filmmaker Raj Kapoor. Sharing the image on her Instagram stories, she wrote, “Carrying his love and lesson with me, always”.

In her previous Instagram posts, Kareena Kapoor shared a throwback photo with Raj Kapoor in which it featured Kareena's cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and sister Karishma Kapoor.

Kareena Kapoor had also shared a rare throwback picture of her grandfather Raj Kapoor. Along with Raj Kapoor, the picture also featured his wife Krishna Kapoor and son Randhir Kapoor. 

Recently, the actress shared a picture and expressed excitement about the film festival dedicated to her. She wrote, "The blood in my veins, the magic on screen... my job I love... the fire within... here's to the next 25 (red heart emoji). Thank you to @pvrcinemas_official & @inoxmovies for curating this beautiful festival... so humbled."

Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming projects

Kareena has Singham Again in the pipeline which marks her return to the Singham franchise. The movie boasts an ensemble star cast including  Ajay Devgn , Akshay Kumar , Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone , Ranveer Singh  and Tiger Shroff. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty, and will release on November 1.

Kareena Kapoor was recently seen in The Buckingham Murders. Helmed by Hansal Mehta, the mysterious drama revolves around sergeant Jasmeet 'Jass' Bhamra dealing with the loss of her young son Ekam. The film released on September 13.
