What else do we know about Ramayana?

Earlier the movie was in the news for all the wrong reasons when producer Madhu Mantena asserted ownership of the film's IP rights. In a public notice issued through trade channels, Mantena revealed discussions between his production company Allu Mantena Media Ventures LLP and producer Namit Malhotra's Prime Focus Technologies. He stated that the transfer of these rights has not materialised into a formal agreement. The proposed deal, including the script, title and other materials, is yet to come into effect. Owing to this, the reports of shooting being halted started doing the rounds.

However, now it seems the matter has been resolved as the actors are being snapped at the sets. The production is being led by Nitesh Tiwari and Namit Malhotra (DNEG) with a dedicated team of top-tier VFX artists.
