On September 1, several rounds of gun-firing took place outside Punjabi singer AP Dhillon's residence in Canada's Vancouver. A member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the attack. Days after the same, the King hitmaker assured his fans that he was safe and shared a video of himself grooving to his track Sweet Flower.

On September 3, days after the firing incident, Punjabi singer AP Dhillon took to his Instagram account to share a video of himself jamming with his friends. In the video, the Punjabi singer can be seen seated on the ground while he sang about being carefree in his track Sweet Flowers. Fans and well-wishers of the singer were assured of his safety following the video. He shared the video with the caption, “Keep Spreading Love” 

Earlier, AP Dhillon had taken to his Instagram stories to pen a note assuring fans of his safety. Taking to Instagram Story, the Brown Munde hitmaker posted a note in which he thanked his well-wishers for reaching out to him. However, he did not mention details regarding the alleged incident. "I'm safe. My people are safe. Thank you to everyone who reached out. Your support means everything (folded hands emoji). Peace and love to all," AP Dhillon wrote.

Why was AP Dhillon's house in Canada attacked?

Shots were reportedly fired outside the house of Punjabi singer A.P. Dhillon on Victoria Island in Canada's Vancouver. As per sources, the incident occurred on Sunday following which a person named Rohit Godara, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, reportedly took responsibility for the shooting incident.  A video capturing the shooting has now emerged which is under the scrutiny of the security agencies.

The incident has drawn significant media attention due to Dhillon's prominent status in the music industry, and the potential implications of the attack. As per reports, dreaded criminal Goldie Brar, who is reportedly based in Canada, is also suspected to be behind the incident, though an official word from the law enforcement authorities in Canada is awaited. Authorities are actively looking into the incident to ascertain the motive behind the shooting and to ensure the safety of Dhillon and his neighbours in Vancouver.
