Janhvi Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani and several other celebrities arrived at the maha aarti event of the pre-wedding bash hosted by Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The final day of the pre-wedding festivities commenced with a brunch by the forest side and was followed by a maha aarti. The theme of the event is - Hastakshar and the guests are respected to dress up in traditional Indian attire. 

Indian wear takes centre stage at Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant pre-wedding festivities 

The third and final day of the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant concluded with an event titled - Hastakshar. The event was held to celebrate Indianess and and Indian traditions and cultures. The guests were expected to dress up in traditional Indian attire for the same. 

Janhvi Kapoor, Shikhar Pahariya, Khushi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani were among the early attendees at the bash. All celebrities stuck to the theme and wore traditional Indian attires, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor donned sarees which they wore in traditional Tamil fashion to embrace their roots. Kiara Advani opted for a white saree on the closing day. She twinned with her husband Sidharth Malhotra who also opted for a white ensemble at the event. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt too twinned in golden outfits for Hastakshar. Alia wore an exquisite golden three-piece set while Ranbir donned an all-white Indo-western look. Kareena Kapoor looked chic in a golden-floor length ensemble teamed with a matching jacket. Her husband Saif Ali Khan looked sharp in an all-black Indo-western look. 

Akon to headline day 3 of Anant-Radhika pre-wedding bash 

On March 3, Akon arrived in Jamnagar to close the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The rapper is no stranger to India and has lent his voice to popular songs like Chammak Challo and Criminal. Akon will reportedly perform for the after-party at the pre-wedding festivity. 

Upon his arrival, the rapper was met with a local welcome. He was welcomed with dhol beats and dance performances by local artisans. Akon will headline the third day of the bash. Previously, Rihanna and Diljit Dosanjh performed at the festivities.
