Neha Kakkar's brother Tony Kakkar defended her amid massive trolling

While Neha Kakkar maintained silence following the chaos at her Melbourne concert, her brother Tony Kakkar stepped in to her defence. Taking to his Instagram account on March 25, the singer penned a long note questioning the organiser of the show. He stated that Neha's stay and travel were supposed to be booked by the promoter, which did not happen, making the singer late for the show. The post read, "Suppose I invite you to my city for an event and take full responsibility for all arrangements— booking your hotel, car, airport pickup, and tickets. Now, imagine you arrive only to find that nothing has been booked. No car at the airport, no hotel reservation, and no tickets. In that situation, who is to blame?" He shared the note with the caption, “Ek Sawaal Hai... (One question) folded hand emoji, Kisi ke liye nahi hai...Bas sawaal hai... (Not directed towards anyone, but just a question) Hypothetically.”

In the second post, made an hour later, Tony Kakkar shared "Artist maryada me rahe aur janta? (Should an artist remain within limits, but what about the audience?).” While the singer did not directly address the show, his posts were seemingly aimed at it.  In a third post, the singer shared a video of Neha breaking down on stage and wrote in the caption, “Queen she is ♥️♥️ My sister.. My Jaan”. He also argued that if fans can cry and be emotional, so can artists. Tony's sentimental appeal struck a chord with the social media users who called out the fault of the promoters.
