Spider-Man Brand New Day Box Office: The Tom Holland and Zendaya starrer has been attracting Indian audiences to houseful theatres ever since its release on July 31. The Marvel movie hit the big screens a week after Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey and amid many other domestic releases, but still amassed a staggering total. In just 10 days, the movie has achieved a historical feat and has become the highest-grossing Hollywood film ever.

Spider-Man Brand New Day beats Avatar: The Way of Water, Oppenheimer and Avengers: Endgame 

Spider-Man Brand New Day has acheived in India what many biggest Hollywood movies have not been able to. The movie became the highest opening Hollywood film in India. In a 10-day theatrical run, it has amassed a total of ₹391.93 Cr net. As per Sacnilk, the movie has grossed ₹468.52 crore from the 6860 shows in India.

Previously, Avatar: The Way of Water held the title of Hollywood's highest grosser. Released in 2022, the movie amassed a total of ₹391.40 crore. Spider-Man has now surpassed the collection of Avatar and other top grossers such as Avengers: Endgame (2019), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), The Jungle Book (2016) and Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025). The Tom Holland starrer is also eyeing a ₹400 crore collection in India. If it happens, the movie will be the first Hollywood flick to acheive this feat.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the Spider-Man Brand New Day features Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo. Holland first appeared as Peter Parker in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, marking his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He later headlined Spider-Man: Homecoming alongside Robert Downey Jr. and reprised the role in Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: Far From Home, a cameo in Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and Spider-Man: No Way Home.
