The story of Adi revolves around Sajeev (Shine Tom Chacko), who really wants to get back at someone. It's not because of a long-standing fight, but because of a road rage incident. What bothers him the most is not just that he got hurt badly, but that it all happened in front of his wife, Geethika (Ahaana Krishna).

Ahaana called Adi, a slap on stereotypical thoughts

While talking to OTT Play, Ahaana revealed that the movie doesn’t talk about gender politics. Not revealing the exact plot, she said that “it’s one of the things that we subtly address in the movie.” She added that the movie does have to do with certain stereotypical thoughts that are gender-based and “It could be a slap on some people’s stereotypical way of thinking.”
