Bigg Boss OTT 2 Fame Falaq Naaz Blasts Casting Director Shadman Khan For Non-Payment Of Dues

Falaq Naaz is currently in the news for slamming casting director and producer Shadman Khan for "not paying" her dues. Bigg Boss OTT 2 participant has shared a two-page statement on her social media handle, opening up about her pending dues for a web series Guilty or Not Guilty.

Falaq Naaz has been in the industry for over a decade now. She has been featured in several popular shows, including Mahakali - Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara and Pandya Store. The actress also made her stint at the reality-based show Bigg Boss OTT 2 in 2023 but got evicted in 10th place. During her time in the house, she never shied away from expressing her opinions.

Falaq Naaz calls out casting director Shadman Khan for non-payment of dues

Taking to her Instagram handle, Falaq shared a post in which she talked about repeatedly asking for payment from Khan. He "guaranteed" full payment, but failed to clear the dues. In her note, she shared that Khan has not paid other artists as well. "### Awareness Thread on Shadman Khan's Unethical Business Practises. I'm writing to raise awareness about Shadman Khan and his casting agency regarding the project Guilty or Not Guilty. Despite having worked in casting for the past four years and living a luxurious lifestyle, he has failed to pay artists their due amounts," she wrote.

She further urged the TV community to boycott Khan until he fulfills his obligations. "This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I urge everyone in our community to boycott Shadman until he fulfills his obligations."

In her caption, she revealed that Khan blocked her on social media. "After a year of hard work, I still await payment. It’s time for accountability. Join me in demanding justice and supporting ethical practices in our industry," read her caption.

Actress Shalini Kapoor Sagar supports Falaq

Soon after Falaq dropped the post, the Qubool Hai actress shared her ordeal of encountering a similar situation. She wrote, "Recently even I have encountered the same case of non-payment and the producer owes no responsibility and seems unaccountable..Sad state of affairs."

For the unversed, Shalini is not just a TV star but has also worked in Bollywood, including Dhadak, Baagi and Shehzada.
