Muskan Bamne says Rupali Ganguly called her to say she misses her

The actress revealed she got a call from Rupali Ganguly, who headlines the show, telling her that she misses her. Muskan recalled, "It is just today that I received a call from Rupali Ganguly Ma'am. She told me that she missed me on the sets and also wished me luck for my future endeavors.”
In the same conversation, the actress also mentioned that all other cast and crew members of the show have also sent her good wishes. She recalled, “Not only her (Rupali), but all the other actors of Anupamaa showered me with their good wishes. The moment I informed the cast about my decision, I was flooded with calls and messages. Toshu Bhai (Aashish Mehrotra) missed me the most. We met the other day for snacks. Everyone missed me, and I also miss working with them.”
Why did Muskan Bamne quit Anupamaa?
During the conversation, the actress mentioned that she takes all her career decisions in consultation with her family. She stated that she and her family were both of the opinion that it is not the right time for her to play a mother in her career which is why she decided to step back from the show. She stated, “All my professional decisions are taken by my Chachu (Raj Bamne). We discussed the same, and both of us thought that it would be very soon in my career to play a mother. My family was well aware that whenever the show would require me to play a mother, I'd quit. So, my family was with me on the decision.”
Chandni Bhagwanani will now replace Muskan to play the role of Pakhi. On the replacement, Muskan expressed, “Honestly, I am very excited to see Chandni play the character of Pakhi. I also wished her on social media, and she also replied to me. I've given my three years to Pakhi and feel that it is a very well-built character. I am thrilled to see her ace the character. All the very best to her.” Chandni Bhagwanani has been active in the TV industry for nearly 20 years now. The Jhalli Anjali actress began her career as a child artist, and gradually gained popularity with her work in shows like Amita Ka Amit and Tumhi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi.
