Jr NTR's Fan Dies Due To Heart Attack While Watching Devara In Theatres

The Jr NTR starrer Devara finally hit the big screen today, ie September 27 and fans are leaving no stone unturned to express their excitement. The movie buffs are finally thrilled to witness Jr NTR on silver screens. Recently, an incident has shocked the fans in Andhra Pradesh.

Jr NTR’s fan passes away

According to a report in Cine Josh, a 35-year-old fan of Jr NTR, Mastan Vali passes away while watching the special screening of Devara at Apsara Theater. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital nearby and given medical attention, he could not survive. The police have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

Fans who attended the early screening of Jr NTR starrer Devara, took to social media to showered praises on the film. Devara box office collection on Day 1

The Telugu version of the Jr NTR starrer collected ₹68.6 crore on day 1. In the Hindi version, Devara collected ₹7 crore on day 1. Overall, Devara collected ₹77 crore in India in all languages. According to Sacnilk, Devara minted ₹140 crore gross worldwide, which means it collected around ₹63 crore overseas.

It is a two-part film that features Jr NTR in a dual role, playing both father and son. A few days ago, the makers unveiled the trailer of the movie that shows the movie is set in the landscapes of a coastal area. It also showcased high-octane stunts performed by Jr NTR and Saif.  The cast also includes Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain in supporting roles.
