How To Make Tofu At Home
This DIY tofu recipe demonstrates two low-budget, simple methods for making tofu from soft to firm potatoes, which can increase calorie burn during digestion.

3/8: Soak beans in water and blend them with 8 cups of fresh water in batches until smooth, then use this mixture to make soy milk. / Image: Freepik
