14 More Pakistani Nationals Living Under Fake Identities Arrested in Bengaluru

Bengaluru:  Police in South Bengaluru's Jigani apprehended 14 additional Pakistani nationals, bringing the total number of detainees to 22, on Wednesday. This follows the earlier capture of the operation's kingpin, Parvez.

The arrested individuals were found hiding in various regions across the country and are linked to the Mehdi Foundation.

Authorities are currently conducting operations in multiple states, including Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, in an effort to apprehend more Pakistani nationals. Reports suggest that these individuals were in India for religious outreach.

Officials anticipate further arrests in the coming days, according to sources. 

Alarm has been raised after 3rd arrest in recent days. The arrested Pakistani nationals were in Karnataka ‘to preach religion’, as per the sources.
