Centre To Bring Single Job Portal to Ease Application Process for Govt Exam Aspirants, Details Inside

New Delhi: Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Saturday said the Centre is working on developing a unified job application portal for all government recruitment. 

Singh highlighted that the purpose of this portal is to alleviate the burden on job seekers, allowing them to save time and effort by applying through a single platform instead of multiple ones.

According to a statement issued by Ministry of Personnel, a high-level meeting was held in North Block, where Union Minister reaffirmed the government’s dedication to streamlining the recruitment process and improving governance through technology-driven reforms.

In the meeting, Jitendra Singh directed the creation of the ‘single job application portal’ to simplify the application process and help job seekers avoid the hassle of applying across various platforms. 

Currently, aspirants are required to visit different websites for each exam. The Centre conducts exams primarily through UPSC and SSC, each with its own website. 

Additionally, Central PSUs have separate portals, and candidates must also navigate individual state websites for state-level exams.

Meanwhile, the Karnataka Bank has released the Karnataka Bank SO Recruitment 2025 Notification for the recruitment of 75 vacancies of Specialist Officer (SO) posts under the various departments of the bank. Candidates who are interested in the offered posts and are eligible can apply online for the Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2025 on the official website karanatakabank.com.

The bank is accepting applications for Chartered Accountant (CA), IT Specialist, and Law Officer positions. Candidates from the 2024 and 2025 batches are encouraged to apply before the deadline. 

As part of the Karnataka Bank Specialist Officer (SO) selection process, candidates who apply online will be shortlisted based on their eligibility. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for an interview. Those who successfully clear the interview and complete the document verification process will be considered for final appointment.
