Application Process:

2. Booking: Flats can be booked starting September 10, 2024, on a FCFS basis. Applicants will have a 15-minute window to finalize their booking and make the payment online.
Documents to Be Submitted After Allotment and Before Possession of Flat (Online Submission Only)
1. Affidavit: Duly attested, certifying citizenship, age of majority, etc., as per Annexure 'B' (required from allottee and co-allottee, if any).
2. Undertaking: Duly attested, declaring not to make any additions or alterations to the dwelling unit, except for amalgamation of adjacent flats, as per Annexure 'C' (required from allottee and co-allottee, if any).
3. Identity Proof: Self-attested copy of any one of the following:
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card
- Government Identity Card
- Election Card
- Driving License
- Ration Card with photo
4. Address Proof: Self-attested copy of any one of the following, showing the same address as given in the application form:
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card
- Government Identity Card
- Election Card
- Ration Card
- Driving License
- Telephone Bill
- Electricity Bill
- Water Bill
- House Tax Receipt
- Bank Passbook (Page with Name and Address)
5. PAN Card: Self-attested copy for the allottee, co-allottee (if any), and spouse (if any).
6. Loan Sanction Letter: Copy duly attested by the bank manager (if applicable).
7. Bank Statement: Copy showing the name and account number from which margin money (apart from loan) has been deposited to DDA (if applicable).
8. Income Certificate: For EWS category applicants, an income certificate of the family.
9. Persons with Disability (PwD):
- Attested copy of the original certificate issued by the Medical Board or a government hospital (if applying under the PwD reserved category).
- Self-attested copy of guardianship certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
10. TDS Certificate: Copy (if applicable).
11. Additional Documents: As mentioned on the Online Portal for Possession, submit with supporting documents, if any, as required.

- Ready-to-Move-In: All flats are in ready-to-move-in condition.
