New Delhi: A 35-year-old momo seller was fatally stabbed by a 15-year-old boy in east Delhi's Preet Vihar area, allegedly as an act of revenge for the death of the boy's mother, police said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Monday night near the Preet Vihar Metro Station. The victim, identified as Kapil, was admitted to Hedgewar Hospital with multiple stab wounds, where he later succumbed to his injuries after which police registered a murder case.
Teen Boy Avenge Mother's Death
According to authorities, the teenage suspect worked with his mother at Kapil's momo shop in the Jagatpuri area. A month ago, the boy's mother tragically died due to electrocution at the shop.
