Vibrant Gujarat Summit-2024: Know About All-Veg Menu Crafted for Foreign Delegates

The foreign delegates will be introduced with the choicest of cuisines from across the nation to provide a distinctive culinary experience at this mega event.

Gandhinagar: Gujarat’s most anticipated ‘Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit-2024’ is all set to kickstart from January 10, in the capital city Gandhinagar. Apart from covering various political, bilateral, and foreign affairs related aspects, the summit is geared up to introduce delegates with the choicest of cuisines from across the nation to provide a distinctive culinary experience at this mega event.

An all-veg menu has been curated for the Summit which includes the flavour of Pudina Broccoli to Paneer Subz Roll, Dal Awadhi, Bhindi Bakar, Gujarati Dal and Tripoli Mirch Aloo among others. The Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, which will begin on January 10, hosts the attendees from across 136 countries with a variety of vegetarian delicacies.

3-day ‘Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit-2024’ will start on January 10

The state government is introducing the ‘Vibrant Bharat Thali’, priced at approximately Rs 4,000, exclusively for golden cardholders.

The three-day summit in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar will witness the presence of countries from across the world, including, UAE, Japan, Russia, Australia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malta, Czech Republic, Egypt, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Ghana, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, Uganda, Norway, Poland, Mozambique, Botswana, Finland, Thailand, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, East Timor, Netherlands, Kenya, Uzbekistan, Uruguay, Indonesia, and Rwanda among others. 

Dinner Menu

A lavish dinner will be hosted on January 9, in honour of UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which includes Anar Amrut, Mediterranean Sampler, Jowar aur Badam Ka Shorba, Pudina Broccoli, Paneer Subz Roll, Lilva Kachori, Tawa Paneer Masala, Bharwan Gucchi, Bhindi Bakar, Raviya Bataka nu Shaak, Gujarati Dal, Laving Bhat, as main course.

To further pamper the guests, four varieties of desserts comprising Anjeer aur Akhrot Millet ka Halwa, Kesari Sabnam Rasmalai and Baklawa accompanied by fresh cut fruits along with tea and coffee will be served.

Lunch Menu

The lunch menu for Wednesday has also been crafted to give a vivid touch to the taste buds of the delegates and participants. The menu will include, Nere Adalaj, Tripoli Mirch Aloo, Paneer Laung Lata, Dal Awadhi, Subz-Dum Biryani, Steamed Basmati Rice.

Apart from this, two fruit desserts that will be offered are Foxtail-mango-lychee and Chickoo aur Pista ka Halwa along with exotic seasonal fruits and berries will be served.
