This halo orbit is a periodic, three-dimensional orbit at L1 involving the Sun, Earth, and a spacecraft.
Dr. Sankarasubramanian K., ISRO, has been designated as the Principal Scientist of the Aditya-L1 mission. On the success, he mentioned, "This mission is for the whole world." And he laid out bigger plans for ISRO, saying, "Surya sey bhi door jayenge (we will go farther than the sun).
