Man Rapes 11-Year-Old Daughter in UP's Maharajganj, Threatens to Poison Her If She Tells Anyone

Maharajganj: An 11-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Maharajganj district was raped by her father on Thursday night, when her mother was away from home. Not only this, the man also threatened to kill her if she spoke about it to anyone.

In a horrific incident reported in UP's Maharajganj, a minor girl was subjected to rape by her father on Thursday night. According to Satyendra Kumar Rai, SHO of Kotwali Police Station, the incident has been reported by the minor victim's mother, who was at her parents' house when her husband raped their daughter.

A complaint has been filed by the victim's mother, who is the wife of the accused. As per her complaint, her husband raped their daughter when she was away from home and also threatened to poison her if she dared to tell anyone about it. 

Based on the complaint filed by the woman, the victim's father, who is the accused in the case, has been arrested and the 11-year-old girl has been sent for a medical examination.

14-Year-Old Girl Kidnapped, Tortured and Gangraped Multiple Times in UP's Moradabad

In another news, a 14-year-old Dalit girl was kidnapped from UP's Moradabad while going to the tailor and was then held captive. The minor victim was burnt with acid, tortured and gangraped multiple times. Out of the four accused, Arif, Zubair, Rashid and Salman, one has been arrested, and the hunt for the other three continues. Based on a complaint filed by the victim's uncle, a case has been registered under relevant sections of the BNS, POSCO Act and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 

According to the complaint, “the accused allegedly burnt an ‘Om’ tattoo on her hand with acid, forcibly fed her meat, and subjected her to further torture” and “she was later taken to the Bhojpur area and locked in another room, from which she eventually escaped and returned home to her aunt, a few days ago”.
