Chandigarh: Amidst escalating tensions with her husband, Kabaddi player Deepak Hooda, world champion boxer Saweety Boora has made a bold statement, saying, "I want a divorce, I don't want a penny from him." The comment comes as the couple's marital discord continues to make headlines, with allegations and counter-allegations surfacing from both sides.
Saweety Boora, who has accused her husband of harassment and dowry demands, has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. In a recent statement, she spoke about her desire to move on without seeking any financial settlement from her husband. "I just want my belongings and a peaceful resolution," she added.
The situation took a dramatic turn when a video surfaced showing Saweety punching Deepak at a police station, further fueling public interest in the case.
