The incident occurred when Victoria was at a Jaipur petrol pump, innocently seeking a routine petrol refill for her vehicle. However, what was supposed to be a mundane task turned into a traumatic experience as she faced alleged inappropriate touching from a petrol pump worker.

Following the incident, the petrol pump worker issued apologies for his actions. However, the matter did not end there. Victoria, in an effort to ensure justice and prevent similar incidents in the future, decided to involve the local police.
