New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday lifted ban on YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia's show amid the ongoing India's Got Talent controversy, urging him to maintain "decency" on his podcast.
The court requested Ranveer to submit an affidavit committing to ensure that no objectionable content will be present in his episodes.
The show is expected to be appropriate for viewers of all ages.

"He is saying there are multiple employees, so there are families whose livelihood is in question. Subject to maintaining morality and decency, if he wants to run a program, we can say he can," said the Supreme Court.
"We have some excellent comedians in Bollywood and good writers in terms of writing humour. Its element of creativity," the bench added.

This development comes as the apex court earlier criticised Allahbadia over his filthy remark during Samay Raina's show India's Got Latent, stating that while there is no regulatory framework leading to censorship, using vulgar language cannot be considered as "Talent."
What Led to the Controversy?
The uproar originates from an episode of India's Got Latent, a show known for its comedic style, featuring guest judges like Ashish Chanchlani and Apoorva Mukhija (The Rebel Kid), who provide humorous critiques of the contestants.
In a clip that went viral from the episode, Ranveer posed a highly inappropriate question: "Would you prefer to watch your parents have sex for the rest of your life, or would you participate once and then stop it forever?"
This statement has sparked significant outrage, with many social media users condemning it as offensive and tasteless.
Public Response and Consequences
The controversy has led to intense discussions online, with critics calling for accountability from Allahbadia. Hashtags advocating for a boycott of BeerBiceps have gained traction, and numerous influencers have also expressed their opinions on the issue.
