Rishikesh: Gautam Adani shared a video of a differently-abled employee experiencing bungee jumping from the heights of Rishikesh. He also penned a heartfelt note for his employee, Kay Mehta, calling him an "Adanian."

Posting the video on X, Adani wrote, "Most people do it for the thrill. Kay Mehta, our own Adanian, did it to make a statement. From the heights of Rishikesh, strapped in his wheelchair, Kay took a leap that told the world: no odds, no fear, can stop willpower. Kay, you don’t just inspire us—you redefine what it means to be an Adanian. Hum Karke Dikhate Hain. #HKKDH"

The video, shared on Thursday morning, shows Kay Mehta harnessed in his wheelchair, getting ready to take the adventurous leap, proving that determination knows no limits.

Gautam Adani has been a strong supporter of disabled people. He has also supported India’s para-athletes and young talents, helping them chase their dreams and contribute to society. Recently, his Adani Foundation extended a helping hand to Amir Hussain Lone, a differently-abled cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir, by providing him ₹67.60 lakh to set up an indoor cricket facility.

Amir, who has inspired many with his passion for cricket despite his disability, has long dreamed of opening a cricket academy for local children in his village, Waghama in Anantnag. The Adani Foundation stepped in to turn this dream into reality, ensuring young cricketers, including specially-abled players, get proper training and facilities.

This initiative will benefit budding cricketers, including specially-abled sportsmen. It is indeed a commendable endeavour."

This initiative is part of Gautam Adani’s continuous efforts to support athletes and create opportunities for underprivileged sports talents across India.
