In a recent episode, a cab driver, Mr. Lokesh, has ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship by launching his very own ride-sharing app to take on industry giants Uber and Ola.

The revelation came to light when a user, known as The Bengaluru Man, shared the exciting news on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

"Peak Bengaluru: Mr. Lokesh, my Uber cab driver, informed me that he has launched his own app to compete with Uber and Ola and already has more than 600 drivers on his app," The Bengaluru Man exclaimed in his post.

The tweet not only caught the attention of online denizens but also garnered over 46,000 views since its sharing yesterday. The entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Lokesh resonated with users, with one recalling a previous ride with a similarly enterprising taxi driver.

The Bengaluru Man responded, "Wow. Could be the same guy. Even this Lokesh sounded very enterprising. Told this was his idea and company. Told about how he got the coding of the app done from a company and asked to call him if he needed a cab."

Amidst the positive reactions, one user hailed the endeavor as "real entrepreneurship" and expressed hope for its success.

Another user emphasized the inclusive nature of entrepreneurship, stating, "Everyone can be an Entrepreneur!! Everyone has many ideas to do, but not everyone starts it and makes some progress." Encouragingly, a user noted the substantial size of Lokesh's fleet, commenting, "Definitely worth a try.
