Basically, the ideology behind manifestation is to bring personal goals into existence using the right mindset. In order to manifest your ideas and turn them into reality, you should practice self-help exercises like mindfulness, visualisation, and meditation.
There is no one way of manifesting your goal. Various techniques and methodologies come into play as you start with it. Different people resort to different methods based on their personal choice and experience.

How to start manifesting
- Build a vision board: First and foremost, your goals should be very clear to you. Piecing together your goals through a vision board. Keep it close to your eyes. Meaning, hang it somewhere it will be visible to you everyday. This comes as a great reminder to keep going, especially on days you want to give up.
- Connect to your emotions: Try and connect with your inner self, focus on your feelings and try to imagine what you want.
- Journaling: This is equivalent to recording all your feelings and emotions. You can always be true to a piece of paper. Keep a gratitude journal in order to always remember what you are thankful for. With this, you can always read back and reflect on how far you have come.
